7. REFUND / RETURN / EXCHANGE

Once the purchase is confirmed by the user, the product will not be retuned or exchanged under any circumstances. However, the ASRA agrees to offer alteration services for the products at nominal costs.

9. GENERAL

   Force Majeure: ASRA will not be deemed in default hereunder or held responsible for any cessation, interruption or delay in the performance of its obligations hereunder due to earthquake, flood, fire, storm, natural disaster, act of God, war, terrorism, armed conflict, labor strike, lockout, or boycott.

   Cessation of Operation: ASRA reserved the right to at any time, in its sole discretion and without advance notice to the user, cease operation of the Website and distribution of the Products.

Following termination, the user will not be permitted to use the Website and ASRA shall, in its sole discretion and without advance notice to the user, cancel any outstanding orders for Products. If the user’s access to the Website is terminated, ASRA reserves the right to exercise whatever means it deems necessary to prevent unauthorised access of the Website. This Agreement will survive indefinitely unless and until ASRA chooses, in its sole discretion and without advance to the user, to terminate it.

   Shipping: The current website owned and operated by ASRA is not drop shipping mode. All products available on the website are designed by and are proprietary products of ASRA and no final product is sourced from any other proprietor. The Customer agrees that the product(s) purchased by the customer from the website shall be received by the customer within a period of 7 to 20 calendar days following the date of purchase.

   Territory of sales: ASRA makes no representation that the Website or Products are appropriate or available for purchase in locations outside India. Users who access the Website from outside India do so at their own risk and initiative and must bear all responsibility for compliance with any applicable local laws.

Assignment. The user shall not assign the rights and obligations under this Agreement to anyone. ASRA shall assign its rights and obligations under this Agreement in its sole discretion and without advance notice to the user.
